    2 questions on acacia

    Is the company sending letters to sites that just have videos for download or actually streaming in like windows media on the site? If even download, this would represent virtually every major adult site on the Net...

    Are they sending letters to offshore companies (Cayman Islands, etc..) or just North America?

          they are sending them predominatly in the US and now canada (where they dont have patents)
          They also said in the Q&A today they are working on sending out to EU folks aswell.

                  what I don't get is even if you don't answer and a US court rules against you, if you are not a US company 1) they can't force you to pay 2) they can't place a lien on your income 3) they may not be able to get any assets if they are in a country that does not acknlowledge the US ruling...
