Last night I was working in my home office with my front door wide open. I often work like this because I like the airflow. I put a baby gate up so that my dog does not wander outside.
Anyway....For the 3rd time since I have lived here, a cat has decided to jump the gate and come into my house. Do these cats not smell the dog?
So the next thing I know, My 100+ pound dog is chasing this fucking cat all over my house and I am following both of them. The cat goes upstairs and decides to run back and forth over the couch, into the kitchen, across the sink that is full of water, then back again...at least 4 times.....with the dog in tow.
By now I am pretty fucking pissed off and my dog won't get out of my way so I can get the damn cat. Then the cat runs up to the 3rd floor..followed by the dog and then myself...and hides under my bed.
At this point I decided to lock the dog in a seperate room and try to get the cat to come out. This did not work so I just came back down stairs and went back to work hoping that the cat would calm down and find it's way out.
I never saw the cat again. Went to bed and after I got up I remembered he was still in the house. I started taking my bed apart and all of a sudden, the cat jumps out, startles me, I dropped the heardboard ON THE CAT, and killed it.
The end.

Too much excitement in your life as of late, man.
