I don't think it is conspiracy theory to wonder why some of the most prominent content companies in our industry have not even gotten a letter from Acacia.
Acacia has people from the adult online industry on their payroll helping them figure out the "players" in our industry.
I know other settlements have involved turning in affiliates/lessees.
When someone has not been even contacted, for me, at this point, it raises fair questions.
