Doubleclick track you with cookies, as you move from one site to another, through 11,000 affiliate sites. For a while they were associating the cookies with personal information when they could (e.g. correlating it with affiliate sites who gather personal contact info), so they'd have a general feel for your financial situation before displaying an ad, for example. The ad you linked to would be interesting if you've never seen an interactive flash ad before, which I'm guessing is why you pointed it out. It's a good idea when done well, but they're not new, and this isn't a particularly interesting example of an interactive ad. Absolut Vodka makes some that are multimedia extravaganzas inside a 100x200 banner. There are plenty of video game interactive ads as well. Nike's texty/fonty emotional-appeal ad seems like an attempt by old-school out-of-it ad copy writers trying to put 1980s ad techiques on the Internet.Comment

Hyatla, I wasn't trying to insult you at all, don't get me wrong. But the fact is, I'm getting sick and tired of the gross language mistakes even native americans make, even though English isn't my first language either.Comment
