    Death ~ Heaven ~ Abortion

Since my mother passed away this last March death has been on my mind alot.

Especially the feeling that there is nothing awaiting us, this is all we get...and honestly that sucks...LOL

Life is tough, and if this is all we get then that just fucking blows...I know I've wasted many opportunities...now this has made me start thinking about other things.

Now I'm pro-choice, but also hope that people opt for birth control and/or taking responsibility for their actions.

But the thing that is getting me is that if as alot of people here believe there is nothing for us after this existence don't you feel these little babies are getting shafted?

It's like the saying "it's better to have loved and lost than to have never loved at all." And I think you can just replace "loved" with "lived."

Now of course they don't realize they are getting shafted...and of course for many children to live might have been worse.

I dont' know just been thinking about this kind of stuff alot here lately.

Nah I think living is getting the shaft. Better off just being let off the hook before it all starts.

I'm pro choice to everything, everyone has their right to do what they want, but there is consequences for every action, when it comes to death, im not religious or spiritual, and at the moment i dont believe in god nor heaven or hell, but thats just me!

What I don't understand about pro-choice people is this. What if a mother wants to keep a baby but the father doesn't. Being it's half his child, should he get the equal opportunity to make llife altering decisions, like a mother does? Even though women have to be the ones to carry the child and give birth, they say it's their body etc. But that's not fair because we all know males have no choice in that role and it is just as much their child as a mother's. I know I would abhor any guy who decided to terminate my pregnancy, why are women entitled to make these decisions all on their own? Yeah yeah yeah, I know I am a woman and I should sympathize with women, but I don't see it as anything but a lethal way out of carelessness. I don't know when exactly bringing a pregnancy to full term became a choice, but in the past century, it's become a woman's right? That's not nature's way of deciding, that's humans playing "God".

It does make me sad that so many people on this board and in this industry believe in nothing after death. I think it makes people a lot more unhappy all through life. If I believed in nothing and that this is all we get, I wouldn't be "living each day to the fullest"... I'd be fuckin depressed and angry every single day.
