Is it funny to anyone else when people try to argue legalities and technicalities with assholes? As if any of it really matters and you can argue your point and he will suddenly realize he's wrong, apologize and then make sure he does everything correctly. 90% of the people in this biz are in violation of the law in some way or another. If you think that having your little things in order is going to protect you then you're out of your mind, when the DOJ or whoever decides to come down on you it won't matter if you have your model ID's or not because they will have something that they can bust your ass on like it or not.
So really it's all about not becoming a target more than anything.Comment
