YIKES , my 17 yr old sister took my car several weeks ago and got into one of those left turn accident , she was doing left turn on intersection (no traffic lights) and she got bunted with oncoming vehicle opposite side of the road ... ICBC (here in vancouver) won't listen to ANYTHING you have to say for left hand turners unless there is a witness no matter what the situation is really sucks ... now I have to pay for damages on both cars mine and the ladies that rammed into my car
unless i want my insurance premiums to rocket i am almost getting my roadstar too and this friggen had to happen ...
The worst part is i never let my sis take my car but what am i suppose to say , tell ICBC the car was stollen from my sis , fucken teens should not be allowed on the road
I think its gonna be a hard battle with cam being the one that was doing the left hand turn and the other guy running a red light , was there any cameras / witnesses ? Because i know you won't be able to a "witness "
