Credit card proccessing...

I am looking to hookup some paysites with credit card proccessing.

I have a merchant account overseas but do not want to risk it for this, so i am wondering, what is a good credit card proccessor to go with who allows offshore clients / banking, and dosen't require the $750 fee. Or is this worldwide?
