You signed a contract.
Wanted out with no explanation.
You called me and threatened physical violence against myself and my staff if we didn't "let you out of the contract". You never offered a dime to get out... choosing that a threat of violence was the "more effective" route.
With that said, and as I told you on the phone, consider your contract canceled. You owe us NO money. You are, however, placed on our internal blacklist. You won't be doing business with us again.

I have to agree with Lens and Rick on some of the things they pointed out. Lens gives us this board to promote both our persona and our product. We all have different methods of getting them over. Juicy happens to use comedy as his.
People siding with Juicy for the simple reason he is Juicy is just wrong, he is a good friend and that's that.
But, judging by what has been said here Saying "Biz is Biz" and that's that is wrong. If Juicy did offer to pay a % back to Jupiter and call it a day that's cool.
A contract is a contract though and once it is signed both parties involved are expected to follow that contract.
I just find it crazy that a lot more people side with Juicy then Lens considering Juicy is a loved persona on here, and that Lens built the system that Juicy has put his persona over with.

Jupiter Hosting (Poppy & Ray in particular) sorted something out for me when I was down and out. Contract or no contract they both did whatever they could to help me.
So Kudos to Jupiter here, From my dealings, Ray has ALWAYS been a stand up guy (When he was XFR), and has earned my business forevermore.
I understand different people have different situations, but I want to show my support to a crew that has treated me like a king.

This is my last post on this matter and on GFY. Ray has given me a bad taste in my mouth and the company he represents.
Ray you know exactly what was said, and so on. I will leave it at that. I offered you some compensation but i guess you are too much of a big shot and had to use the line "You know who owns this company right?" to scare me in to rethinking. Yes Ray i do know Lens owns your company and this issue was between us and I was trying to do right. Well guys its been a pleasure but I am very dissapointed that people would jump to conclusions.
Lastly if you selling hosting, traffic, or dildos you do not threaten customers like you did me. I will leave it that. Myself and Ray know what happened evryone else can jump to conclusions based on what they heard. So long and farewell and good luck to everyone.
