If you think Julian's SpamCop is bad, you haven't seen how deep I take spam investigations. I'll go right down to tax and property information, arrest recordss, phone numbers, Corporation registration, you name it, I'll dig it up. If a spammer hasn't crossed thier T's and dotted thier I's, I'll nail them to the wall with thier webhosts, ISP, attorney General, and State Secretary. And if you think I can't find out what ISP someone is using to check thier "[email protected]" email address, you've got another thing coming....email me and find out. The address tied to this board is [email protected].
WARNING: THIS EMAIL ADDRESS WILL BE CLOSELY MONITORED. AND UNATHORISED DISTRIBUTION OF IT WILL RESULT IN IMMEDATE LEGAL ACTION. SUBMIT IT TO SPAM-GENERATORS, AND YOU WILL BE FOUND.
Maybe...just maybe...spamcop might cause problems for "legitimate" mailers...but ya know what? It's thier own goddamn fault for getting into the mailing business in the first place. I can't tell you how many spams I've received that come from "legit" places like EQUIFAX (oh yeah, did you know Exquifax is connected to LOTS of spam generators? I've collected almost 48,000 Equifax related spams in the last year)
...anyways, back to the point of "legit" mailers...there is no such thing. Period.

Your scare tactics are pathetic.
Mailing can be a completely legitimate business. I've never sent a message to someone who didn't submit their own e-mail, confirm, and click again to confirm. Believe it or not there are opt out links that are truly opt out.
But I digress. You're over the edge man.
