CS Specialization that Is the Most Employable?

If you were to choose a specialization under which you would do a PhD thesis, what would it be? Software Engineering type stuff? It appears to be the most "Employable" specialization, but I'm sure there are some IT professionals here that might feel otherwise.

software engineering would probably be the cs specialization that's declining the most in employability (due to oversees outsourcing).

If you have a phd in cs, you probably wouldn't have to worry about a job, but I think that networking and systems administration is the only cs/engineering field that isn't becoming less employable.

But, management information systems is the most employable of all the specializations, because good IT managers are always in high demand.

I concur, anything related to management functions will give you a secure job where you don't have to worry about overseas job cuts.
