you would be wise to get your MCSE/MCSD, if you have not done so already learn VBScript/JavaScript, DHTML/CSS, is always a plus.
For the future you may want to pick up PHP/Linux as dual trained programmers are always a good thing...and last but not least go out to microsoft and "PURCHASE" the free .NET disks, there should be four in the group. Start learning C#, should you pick all of this stuff up in a week hehehe
