There are 'virtual offices' you can rent - with phone, secretary and business address - I think that's acceptable - they pick up your mail and messages/faxes and forward them to you.
? Valid Passport <---- Passport from your country
? National ID <---- Identity card - or social card whatever is used
? Valid Driver?s License <---- Driver's license in your country
? Most Recent Personal Tax Return <---- The things you file and pay at the end of the fiscal year based on your income/costs and the rate of taxation. They need the report - I'm presuming there is a tax system in Brazil? Maybe God is really in Brazil and you are spared this chunk of your change :-)
