so how was your weekend?

I got a new 10" Craftsman miter saw, and got it bolted in out on my workbenches. Stained, sanded, topcoated, & hung 5 new doors in the guest wing, fixed the base trim in there, put up new shelving in the garage and got the whole garage organized, and replaced another ceiling fan with a new Harbor Breeze..... (those rock) It was definately the weekend work zone here! I feel like Tim the Toolman....

Mines was good. Wedding on Friday, free dinner, alcohol and everything, later that night we hit the town for some more alcohol. Saturday I chilled out and watched a movie. Sunday night back out clubbing and more alcohol!

Partied real hard on Thursday had a couple of girlfriend over the house till 5 am on Friday. Hung out with Friends Friday night and told them about Thursday LOL. Rested up Saturday and Sunday. And am ready for the weekend again!

saturday:
2 kegs at my house, drank HEAVILY. Went skateboarding, almost got arrested.

sunday:
spent all day at home depot, built a beer bong, 1st sober night Ive had in 3 1/2 months. yay me.

I put two coats of stain on my entertainment center, started another site, watched football and had some Guinness?s, washed the covers on my couch, which is a bitch because it's a huge all down couch and got lots of rest!!

We are having "Chamber of Commerce" weather here in the N. GA mountains! Crisp, clear nights (in the 40-50's) and clear warm days (in the 70's). It's been like that since Saturday morning. We have a big apple festival each year, so we attended that (and got lots of "fair" food - candied apples, boiled peanuts, roasted corn on the cob, apple dumpings. etc.) and spent a LOT of time just sitting on the swing on the deck or hanging out on the dock.

My parents came up today and my brother and his family are coming within the next couple of weeks. Everyone wants to see me when the leaves are brilliant.

Wish I could see the pics, I love home improvement stuff. Images are broken though.

For the record though, Harbor Breeze are probably the shittiest ceiling fans ever made. Filled a whole house with the most expensive highest end harbor breeze fan on the market and they are complete and utter junk. Guess that's why they sell them in every basic home improvement store but not in high end lighting places, basic crap for the basic do it yourselfer. If I ever do ceiling fans again I'll definitely goto a custom lighting place and buy some nice stuff, no more harbor breeze pieces of shit.
