You're not going to be able to use a credit card to pay for your feeds. Most adult companies can't take them as payment anymore. They can't afford the $750.00 fee Visa is charging for the service.
On top of this, Paypal is not letting adult sites use them for payment options either.
You will have to CALL the feed provider to make arrangements for payment. This is NOT the host's fault. If you want to bitch - bitch at the real problem-makers: Visa and Paypal.
