a sidenote... this year at southern decadence (gay mardi gras sortof) in new orleans, the cops were stopping guys wearing kilts (group of em there for some reason) and making them prove they had underwear on. most of them didnt, obviously, and were taken to jail for public indecency.

Thats pretty fucked up. Its not public nudity if you have it covered. I'm sure the Kilt covered it pretty well considering you should have your kilt to just below the Knee.
