i'm checking one out now. looks like a really sweet investment. absolutely amazing area. just wondering what the day to day bs might be like. has anyone bought one? not some lame 'time share' situation - i mean full out ownership.
anyone here ever bought a four seasons resort condo?

I'd think a condo development would be a better investment than just a single condo. The leverage potential is enormous, and if you sell the units before the construction, you can get a loan and buy the land prior to development. Virtually zero dollars up front. Something I was thinking about for a while but it's kinda complicated.Comment

cool..... well based on its locale and proximity to the mountain its proabably a very good investment as the market for such properties is pretty well insulated. you could probably flip a place like that for an extra 100k no problem.Comment

not probably. more like extremely likely. it is a very good investment. just curious about the issues from anyone who might have actually owned such a property, anywhere.Originally posted by PM2

i don't plan on selling it any time soon, much rather enjoy it for a couple of years (at least), and then sell at profit....we'll miss you our friend. RIPComment
