I don't know why you guys are so negative towards it.
The amount os signups is not unbelievable for that many sites and I know of quite a few people with that many sites and more...its up to the sponsors to work that out.Saying that though they should be made aware of prepay pete and other scammers.
Having sponsors pull fast ones on me and not pay and shit I would like prepaid signups as well.I am still waiting for payment for signups in August from some sponsors so I reckon

I don't know this guy so no way to say if he is legit. However, with the number of signups he is pushing prepaid is a smart way for him to approach it and shouldn't be so unbelievable to everyone.
