tipping etiquette for escorts?
is there a tipping etiquette for escorts? i thought you didn't have to give them a tip, then all these people started telling me that you should tip them. if so, is there like a set percentage like when you go out to a restaurant? 15%? 20%? (assuming that provided their services to your content, of course)
