Are Website Designer crazy???

They want $ 400-800 for a simple Reality Paysite Design
like milfhunter.com/captainstabbin.com!!!!

I need only the frontend with 5 scenes. NO Pics in the
frames. I must be able to add and delete scenes. On the
top a logo with the site name.

What is your opinion?

Do you know cheaper designer?
