Down under, hit me up it's not the hardware that was the issue it was a datacenter upgrade...unfortunately, this issue was out of our control. I will get yu a credit before you leave if you still choose to do so. However, after we have everyone back up there will be no further issues as the auto pdu switch upgrade is complete. Again, my apologies.
And yes shit does happen, just not usually to us =/
This upgrade should put an end to this rare issue.
