Steve Easton and APIC are back?

He has been noticably absent for the last month. Just when I had begun to seriously question my good fortune, he's back. He has made up for lost time by hitting me with me with 5 complaints since the 12th of this month.I just now saw the earlier post ***APIC IS CLOSED DOWN***, so what's up?

Steve Easton may be a nice guy, but I never met him he's sure gotta get a reminder to quit sending out trash emails on behalf of this APIC shit.

If he can't remember to quit spamming, he's gotta get a bullet up the ass and a claim for damages - and the past allegations he made are still well within the limitation time for a suit.

We have had eight allegations from him, every single one was invalid and two were totally inaccurate.

              As for APIC:

ACPA applies equally to foreign nationals, and extends to foreign websites ... blah
I don't give a fuck about APIC and it does not apply to me or our business.

If some infringement of any usage applies they can sue thru the courts in the same fashion any other offended party would - the activities of Easton are best dumped in the trash bin.
