its pretty tough to do 10+ sales a day.

you either need LOTS of regular (low-mid quality) traffic like TGP or Free site traffic or a steady stream of high quality (SE, PPC) traffic. (unless you're emailing, but thats a different story altogether).

the first way takes many months of building and submitting, the second way can be done right way but takes great marketing strategy and some money to get the clicks flowing.

i've broken 10 sales a day in the past =)
