So far, I've been dismissing those who call the video a "fake" based on how they THINK it should look when someone gets their head cut off. Just because it doesn't appear real enough compared to other videos of beheadings, or the victim didn't react how one would assume they should, doesn't invalidate the authenticity of it for me.
But anyone would be foolish to flat out dismiss the possibility that the people who commited this crime are NOT who we were told they were. Your Green Beret friend brings up some good points, and it's stuff I've been thinking about too.
