Have spent almost three months there in total. The staff know me very well. I can get you a bed there no problem. The only problem is it will be in a four bed dorm... IF that is a problem of course. I travel alone and I like hostels. Hotels are fucking boring.

Yeah, they have a safe for things such as passports and cameras. It's generally a pretty safe hostel... the staff are great... and at that time of the year there are a lot of regulars staying there.Originally posted by Adorno

As for the hostel, I can guarantee you a bed in what will probably be a four bed dorm. It's a hostel with a mix of small dorms and about half a dozen double rooms. They don't do a lot of bookings and they definitely don't book New Years Eve. Let me know what nights you definitely want to spend in Amsterdam and I'll send off an email to one of the people there and see if they have a double room. But I guarantee you a bed in a dorm at the very least. No problem.Comment

Yeah, I'm a slacker. I don't even book shit for myself until I get there but accomodation isn't usually a problem in Amsterdam. The only night that can be a problem is New Years Eve but it's usually only a problem if you show up on December 31 and expect to find a place to sleep.Originally posted by Adorno
