I live in California and the fine is the same as Canada.

An ounce is only a little more than a $100 fine.

If canada was totally legal I would, but as of now, its the same, decriminalized.

California decriminalized years ago.

it's gonna take forever to get done in pennsylvania. we're a fucking common wealth and our legislative process moves slower than shit, and is controlled by antiquated notions of christian justice.
