Like someone in here said.... if you're only getting hit for $28k - the guy has a bad attorney anyway.

Does your sister have a job? Go to a therapist? Take any medicine like prozac etc?.... err... does she still talk to or date this guy?

Well, the problem uphere is that you can't really counter suit anybody. What you CAN do is let your lawyer bring all his dirt to the surface (wich mine did). What we did was that + opened a NEW suit against him for damage done to my sister but the way they do it uphere is that they split it into a seperate case wich will be in court April next year and you never know howlong it takes uphere. Any Belgian person will back me up on this :-)
My sister has a job, she doesn't go to a therapist, she doesn't take medicins and she doesn't see, date or talk to him anymore.

hey man im involved in a law thing right now and it has totally fucked my life. best advice..... pay all the money, get it taken care of, and then restart. money isnt shit......comes and goes. youll get it back fast. and all the people saying your stupid.... well, they have never made a mistake in their lives. fuck justification, but when we make mistakes that have consequences involving finances and jail time, well, itll change your life perspective. so fuck you all, and good night.

Best advice anybody could give me and it is what i intend to do...... pay the bills and move on. Work twice as hard and get to where i am now. I'm strong enough and i owe it to my wife and kid. Almost there to pay the bills....... just a little more and i'm out of the troubles :-) Then........ back to work

I posted a bit earlyer she is suing him but outhere it takes a long time and they seperate the two cases so she could help me out with that but it won't be untill end next year or something i guess.

I think you are right about that....... but still..... i gotto rais it and pay it. Good thing is that i am pretty strong on those things, it doesn't take me long to get over it. I don't mind working 20 hours a day to get out of this mess and start from scratch.
