Just curious....how many lawsuits about spam do you actually think there are a year or month or in general and how many actually result in someone getting sued for lots of money in the end?

alot more lawsuits go on then you might think.. if your mailing alot with socks proxies or any other illegal way your pretty much fucked. as long as your mailing from your own servers there's no problem. fuckers have tried to sue me like 5 times in the last few months.. including microsoft and ups. as long as your mailing legit any lawyer will own them and you will never goto court. if your socks mailing .. good luck
