Naturally anything porn can be prosecuted by some DA.

Will it be obscene? Depends on what the jury comes back with. Can you afford the trial?

Ok that aside, you do have penthouse doing watersports pictures. You also have a court presidences, look up Ohio vs. Maplethorpe but do keep in mind the DA totally fucked up that case.

As far as promoting it, I honestly do not know. I am sure again they (DA's) could still prosecute if they wanted to, but unsure of such cases.

Most definately a community standards issue. Some parts of the U.S. do get away with beasty material because it's not on the books in thier county. Yes it does depend on who's going to pay any attention and bring it to the authorities.
People have been prossecuted for depicting anal sex, which was shot in a specific county. Some Teacher surfing the web saw it, recognized the actor as a local, made a call to arms and the rest is history. Anywhere else, no one could've given a crap. It just so happens, anal sex in that County, not Country, was a felony.

If you have any problem in the states, I now a good hosting service in Denmark, where close to anything is allowed and the billing could be made via a european processor, which also can bill close to everything.

I just remember a state in the us where porn with sheeps is allowed, but not with other animals

I have always been under the instruction that pissing is legal, but pissing on a chick is illegal. If you were making a tour revolving around golden showers etc, I would censor the golden shower pics etc.
