I'm considering selling 1 of my websites that make on averavge $1,600 a month. all is documented and accessible. This is real! looking for real investrors. this site is well established for over 4 years. basically no risk.

WOW your looking for ten months profit? No offence but I don't see much interest in it.....

Thats a lot to ask for a site only making $1600
We once bought a site making $1000 per month for only $2000 with a traffic base of 30K per day!

Good luck with the sale anyway

I think that whoever started the 2 to 3 times what a site make a month is crazy. If the money is stable (which he is saying it is) He should easily be able to get 6 to 12 months wages for it. I only say this if the money has been stable for awhile. But if you are looking for a quick sale maybe closer to 6

If it is making 1600$ a month...you might want to talk to your sponsor...they might be more interested than other.

What is the site name you are selling?

Nice site you've put together. The only problem I can see with the sale is that it's a single-girl amateur site. Once the updates/chat/personal interaction stop, the member retention will plummet.

The updates is something thta could be worked out for a time. for instance The Tabitha Jordan site. Tabitha Jordan has been out of the business for some time now but there's enough content to keep it rolling. The Model is my wife so I have "some" say.
