if someone wont give you a tester list of 50-100k, it's a scam =)

I would say it would all depend on what type of list the person is claiming... some lists can be verified for accuracy. If its something like that, then you wouldn't need many to find out if its legit or not.
Other lists, can't be tested in that way and need to be tested for responsiveness... so a larger tester might be required.
Maybe 5% of the list tops.Comment
