yea both of you were wrong, he is black and used to play for the nets, lead the league in rebounding. There was 3 jason williams in the league the other black one change his named so he wouldn't be associated with the guy who shot someone and then he got in a motorcycle accident.Comment

My bad, there were 8 charges. Three he was found not guilty, four he was found guilty, and one deadlocked, the reckless manslaughter, that is what they will retry him on.Originally posted by baddog

he shot someone, wrecklessly or not he should be reprimanded on that charge alone.
If it was my dad I know just because some jury couldnt decide, that wouldnt sit well with me.
justice should be served.
