I haven't used an iron since I stopped working in the "real world" and that was 4-5 years ago
If I need my shirts/pants not wrinkly, I use my 2 patent pending tricks.
1. Start the shower on really hot, work up a nice steam. Hang your shirts or pants in there for a while. Voila, no wrinkles. But they have to dry for a while.
2. Use a spray bottle. Spray your pants/shirts and wear them right away. Less wrinkly

my dryer takes roughly 40 minutes for a medium size load, unless my machine just sucks, figures i guessHEY!!
