it's worth what you can do with it, as a standalone domain it's worthless.
jubbi and swoit are stupid domains but because they're one word and the person successfully branded those stupid names, what was once a $20 domain could now fetch a lot more but you have to come up with a good idea and take the time to give that name some value by marketing and branding it.
as a domain alone, if you hold on to it for 5 to ten years, you might sell it for a decent price but there are still plenty of stupid one word domains available so right now it's worthless
