ethics and practices? Yes - they all say that they are like this,
but in reality most are not.

I can assure you the
SexPicturesPass does care if you spam or not, and you had better be CanSpam Compliant or you will not be getting paid.
By being CanSpam Compliant I am not talking about just using certain designated words in the subject, but it has to be double opt in, with a time, date, IP stamp, with opt out ability, and we had better be notified immediately if ANYONE opts off your list, whether they were spammed with our program or someone elses.
We are not going to be fined because of the spammer's negligence.
