Yes it's the same guy. He was actually supposed to be in jail in Jordan for theft.
The problem is that he ain't gonna quit. He's a dangerous man that can be a real pain in the ass for the US. He'll do anything for power. I mean look at how he was able to manipulate the US. He shouldn't be underestimated.
