Calling and yelling at people only pisses them off and they defiantly won't help you get a good deal.
I called SBC yahoo DSL and they dropped my bill from $39.95/month to $19.95 for the next year when I head they gave the same deal to a friend.

I just moved to Chicago and took over the old tenants phone service and they fucked my order up 100 times and then tell me that I'm bound to the previous tenants cntract, even though I didn't sign anything.
