Anyone noticed your verotel sign ups dropping today? I dropped up to 80 percent all of a sudden, wondered if anything's wrong over there or just a bad day?

I posted this already earlier on another thread:
Just got off the phone with Verotel in Amsterdam.
Their main sites http://www.verza.com and http://www.verotel.com and even the front entry to the control center http://www.verotel.com/m11000.html are working no problem.
Their secure server is still working, but is timing out more often than not through IE (apparently could be OK in Netscape - anyone confirm this??).
It MAY be they were the target of a DOS attack.... their techs are knee deep in the problem
It does suck, but they always answer the phone.......

they went down around 3:42 PM EST. I noticed it when my secondary and third place billing systems started processing memberships.
Maybe they need Easy Server Management.

i am talking to them now , and they are doing all they can as they tell me , they are not telling the prob , and they are doing all they can to get up and i guess many are , tho the lady there was a REAL BITCH and i told her she was a bitch and now she all mad at me OH WELL FUCK HER !
we are to deal with it , as he and she more less told me , and then had the neaver to tell me , look we never go down we have all be fine and great here ! then ask me what more do you want from us ?
When i remind him the last few weeks of them being down from there so called black out , there so called server up dates and the toehr server updates and all that shit !!!!!!!!!!

The recurring seems to be fine, working as usual, but not a single signup "Verotel Approved Transaction" in my email, site is up as well and its working fine for me, just no sign ups for more than 12 hours, very strange sympton
