People told me about food poisoning before but I never believed how terrible it was. It wasn't just a run-of-the-mill stomach ache. This shit affected my entire body and I had no energy what so ever.

I'm so done with Chinese Food!

Been there - Had to sleep on the bathroom floor for the obvious. Took about a week to get over and still didn't feel right after that. Many got it from the same place and the health department called daily to see if I was alive. They offered a trip to the hospital, but said all that they would beable to do at the time is replace fluids with IVs. It would have been one mess of an ambulance ride and I passed on it.

Many sued, I didn't, should have. Maybe that's an option for you? Hey, an extra $5-10K, who knows what they'd pay for a quick settle these days. Think it depends on their insurance policy. I'm not an attorney.

I am so sorry to hear that food posioning is the worst. Nothing like praying to the porcelin goddess for a few days. Glad that you are feeling better.

I've had food poisoning *really bad cases* about twice in my life.

However most people don't know that there is no such thing as a "24 hour flue" or "24 hour bug," you usually have a case of some kind of food borne illness.

Make sure you make the health dept aware of it. Talking to the place you bought the food from would be useless as they would just deny it or offer you free food which I am sure you don't want to see again any time soon if ever.

Ive told many people food poisoning is the WORST next to actually being dead. You wish you were dead at certain points. Its hard to explain to someone gets it. Pass on your wisdom now.
