Cysts are not necciaraly cancerous so dont worry.
(somthing like 80% are non-cancerous)
PLUS.... if its pea sized and is cancer your still OK. Testicular cancer is one of the most curable forms.... have it checked.

i would get it checked to be safe, like someone else said it could be a syst which isn't dangerous or it could actually be your epididymis, the soft, tubelike structure behind the testicle that collects and carries sperm. If you are familiar with this structure, you won't mistake it for a suspicious lump. Cancerous lumps usually are found on the sides of the testicle but can also show up on the front. Lumps on the epididymis are not cancerous
Other signs of testicular cancer to keep in mind are:
Any enlargement of a testicle
A significant loss of size in one of the testicles
A feeling of heaviness in the scrotum
A dull ache in the lower abdomen or in the groin
A sudden collection of fluid in the scrotum
Pain or discomfort in a testicle or in the scrotum

Yes juicy, I tried to make sure it wasn't a vein in the sack or something by moving the skin around. The lump on the back of my left nut was still there.

now i spend time all the time in and out of the fucking docs office and the hospital , and havign a failing liver makes it worse for me . My best friend and business partner is in and out all the time where i live , for we both live in two diffnert countrys , and any one here that knows me know this is nt bull shit , the pain i go threw on a daily base is more then unreal , i wake up to the day and i cant walk , they are still doing testing but i haev some kind of never prob now and fucking things up worse for me , i spend a great amount of money monthly on fucking med bills and it is killing the bank acc , so my point again to this , you or any others man , you feel bad or see or think there is a prob again dont be a fool like me , maybe if i would have done what i am telling you , i wouldnt be so fucked up and only at the age of 36 :o(
