Show us a gallery that gets 50% clicking through to a sponsor. Man if I could that sort of click through I would be a millionare within 1 month.

My galleries generate around 50,000 hits per day without even pushing hard. That would mean I would get 25,000 uniques to my main page wich would relate to 100 sales per day....I think someone is licking the tear of his own fuckstick..

you should be looking at getting in the range

of 1-5%

do some tests and track the hits for separate galleries to determine what works best with *your* traffic ;)

It doesn't really matter unless you're getting paid per click.

The only thing that matters is how much money the gallery makes. 100 clicks can be more profitable than 1000 clicks depending on what the link they're clicking says.

Wouldn't the most important stat be the ratio of gallery loads to $ earned? You can increase the CTR on your gallery by saying something like "MORE FREE PICS HERE!" but that may not necessarily make you more sales...

(edit: Lenny2 beat me to it, I was sifting around my logs for about 15 mins trying to pull out some useful stats

but if you're dealing with a constant flow of traffic everyday, wouldn't it be important to attempt to raise your CTR % to allow for maximum conversions at your join page?

ok so 2% seems bad, and all the bandwidth, seems like bandwidth is just offsetting the money made, but I guess that's where shopping for good bandwidth etc. is important
