    Question about ePassporte! Please help!

    Hi there,

    I want to receive payment from my sponsors via ePassport, as many of them don't use Paypal anymore.

    But I don't get it. Do I need to pay a fee to get an ePassporte account? Witch kind of account I need to receive payment only?

    I'm trying to register a personal account, but it looks like I have to pay 50$ to load my "Virtual Visa" ... !

    Please help!

          Most sponsors will open an account for you that way you can get it for free
          Try asking the sponsors you use if they will open an account for you.

                  Yeah sponsors will open an account for you when you have enough money in there to pay for it.

                  It costs like 35 dollars for the card.

                      If you give someone an epassporte gift account do they still need to verify it with a creditcard?

                          i understand the their need for verification, have no problem with that, but to charge to open an account is rediculous. they make $$ on every transaction, why charge to even open an account.

                                  They have to pay Visa and their Bank.

                                  The card costs $35, if you load with $50 you'll have $10 left in your account. The load fee is $5 every $100 or portion thereof.

                                  It's worth it.

                                      If your sponsors are loading your account for you, there is not the charge to load via credit card in there

                                              And to clarify, the $50 here is NOT a fee, that is a minimum to open an account with a cc. You pay $5 in fees and the rest is your balance.

                                                  so you DON'T need to py $50 to open it? i ONLY was going to use it to collect payments from clients but the hassle was crazy last time it tried to signup...
