                      and what's up with the 73?
                      Why is it no one uses it?

                      Man it would free up the 405 once in a while if some cheap pricks would pony up the 4 bucks it takes to get home 40 mins earlier.

                                                              Have you used it lately? I used to commute it frequently up until earlier this year between Aliso Viejo and Newport (almost the whole length). The past couple years it has been packed during the rush hours.
