I hate the Lakers. It doesn't mean I don't think they're good, I just can't stand them. I was born & raised in the L.A. area and was a Laker fan most of my life, but these obnoxious jerks do a disservice to the team name. Not that most of the other teams are any better. I want players who make 26 million dollars a year to shut their yaps and just play. I want players who cheat on their wives to shut up and just play - I don't want to see their whiny ass press conferences or hear about them buying their wives 4 million dollar rings because they screwed someone and got caught. I don't want to hear another player thank Jesus for winning a freakin' *game*. If Jesus doesn't care about babies being killed in wars, then dammit, he doesn't care if you win a basketball game...or a boxing match or a football game, for that matter.
