It should be spelled out how many shoots a month she will be required to do. And How much the pay will be for the month. I a legally binding contract. And if they are not real established I would want the first months pay up front... Have her ask for credit referances and ref. of other models that may have done it for them. Or you could just have her hold off signing the model release for the first month of photos until she is paid...
The 50/50 is normal...
