I too have become addicted to liquid crack, or what the grocery stores like to call "Red Bull". It's not even the "energy", it does nothing for me, it's the taste. I need to have it.

Bought a case yesterday. Let's see how long it lasts me.

i drank that shit for a few days and it literally had me more anxious than ever. i have insomnia bad enough but i drank red bull at 2 pm and was still wired at 5 am.

very bad drink in my opinion.

is it ephedra?

Yes, at first it did fuck with my heart so I didn't drink it much. It doesn't bother me as much now, if at all.

I don't know what it is, but drug dealers take note, this is how you get shit legalized!

this is what I use, and it works there other similair on the market
but if it;s got the bovine Pituitary then you have the right stuff.

you mentioned being naturally vibrent i'm am as well and I pretty tall and i'm no toothpick i'm active and play basketball and volley all the time.. with other sports and being in my 40's I found I was slowing down alot after taking this stuff for 2 weeks I noticed more energy coming back and after a few months I feel like I'm 20 again no shit this stuff works and if you hit the sig I don't make and $$ it;s just good advice? also if your a smoker

I used to hate the shit, but over time have changed my mind. Now I have 3-4 cans a nite when I need to be up all hours. No I dont have a problem sleeping after it

I was into Red Bull for several months but developed sleeping problems that still persist, so I'm kind of afraid of it now. I basically only drink it now if I know I'll be drinking booze that night to make me tired.

its the aluminum shavings in the cans slowly you down..

try to stay away from any liquid in a can. I use to see the aluminum shavings in the cans on the canline at the beer factory my father worked at.. stick with paper/plastic or glass it tastes better..

my dad was coroner for the german army and you could see the aluminum shavings in the bodies of men killied in the war..

same results in styrafoam cups they'll kill you slowly..
