          yeah, I think in the past 2 years there have been about 5 robberies at Heathrow airport, all a few million... nothing as big as this now

          btw the "flying squad" are the police that deal with gun related crime

                      the attempted robbery on the Dome a few years back was fairly impressive too just because of the james bond nature of it.

                          still these guys are just armed thugs...

                          the guys who attempted to steal a £500 million diamond from the millenium done were much more creative, they used a bull dozer to crash through the security barriers and had a speed boat waiting on the Thames to escape

                          unfortunately for them, there were about 80 cops in plain clothes waiting for them

                                              heathrow needs a lot more security, when i have been there - its been way too open for anyone to get into restricted access areas
