    says it all, I'm so sick to trim most part by hand that I haven't checked mail in 2 days and have 800 waiting

                          Yes, its free. Written by anti-spammer James Farmer. It works with Outlook if you are using the standard POP3 interface.

                          I get more than 100 spams daily and it catches 99%.

                            My isp uses postini, I have my settings a little high, so confirm emails get caught in it 50% of the time. Otherwise it is 99% accurate in weeding out spam.

                              I use outlook express filters. I simply do auto-delete on all emails that have attachements and it cuts down from a few hundred to 50-100. Works pretty well and if someone needs to send me somethign with an attachement I can take it out of my trash can.
