Are they fighting a case with the bank or with another two accountd who held the reserves?
Damm! They owe me near to 15k and they claimed they just owe me 5k! Wondered how they calculated it, even if minus all those chargebacks and fines, it won't be as low as 30%

I can't decide. The 10% seems kinda . . . well, kinda not right if execs at the company split with the cash. But, if they were mistaken on the Visa regs and they were not forthcoming about their accountant problem and they still have a lawsuit with Visa after the lawsuit between folks who worked there . . . well, the 110% seems like quite the longshot.Comment
