    Rand or KimmyKim please help me

    I have been having an issue with Epassporte for nearly one week now (starting last friday). Your staff has been corteous in attempting to help me, but after three call tickets the problem is still not resolved. I have been told I've been escalated back to support department but I really need some help from a "champion" inside the company.

    Can I ICQ or Email one of you directly, please?
